On behalf of a Fine Dining Restaurant Group we are looking for a Chef de Partie

  • The resource will be responsible for all stages of the service: setup, mise en place, welcoming guests, taking orders, table service.
  • Communicates professionally with the responsible supervisor and colleagues, maintaining a productive work environment.
  • Is responsible for proper cleanliness and hygiene aspects of the work area.
  • Handles all materials and work equipment correctly and keeps them clean.
  • Follows all hygiene and safety requirements mandated by law.
