SPECIALISED LENDING

"Group Specialized Lending Product Line's mission is to develop and deliver sophisticated financing products/services (credit products, financing74, securitization), as well as standard corporate banking products/services (standard medium/long-term loans, real-estate financing) for Group Client Solutions and the other Networks customers.

Group Specialized Lending and Advisory Product Line breaks down as follows:

POWER & INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING:
Responsible for Project Finance and long-term financing infrastructure-related projects for Infrastructure and Energy clients within the Group.

The structure is directly accountable for steering, coordinating, and monitoring local functions as well as sharing the best practices across the Group.

LEVERAGE FINANCING SOLUTIONS: Guidance and coordination of coverage responsibility for all Private Equity / Financial Sponsor companies, of all lending related business within the Group to companies controlled by Private Equity / Financial Sponsors companies.

SPECIALIZED LENDING:

responsible for the structuring and execution of all the medium/long term Corporate Structured Finance transactions (including Real Estate and Corporate Acquisition Financing, structured finance deals in natural resources) for the Client Solutions Italy client segments.

It is also responsible for structuring and execution of all structured finance transactions of high complexity and value originated by the Corporate Network.

The structure is involved in the origination phase of the above-mentioned transactions together with the relevant Networks.

LEVERAGE FINANCING SOLUTIONS:

Guidance and coordination of coverage responsibility for all Private Equity / Financial Sponsor companies, of all lending-related business within the Group to companies controlled by Private Equity / Financial Sponsors companies.

Matches with the following requirements:
Up to 2 years from graduation or graduating I Finance, Economics
Relevant
work/internship experience preferably related to leveraged finance/corporate lending/structured finance/credit analysis
Excellent
university degree and academic records
Relevant
international experience

Confidence to take on early responsibility

Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Knowledge of an additional
languages is a plus.
