Who you are:

  • You will be part of the International Business Team which is in charge of:
  • Strategy, Governance and Standardization of international business;
  • Tender management;
  • Business and Commercial support to creation of «New» Sisal International Legal Entity.
  • You will report directly to the International Business Director and collaborate with the International division's functions, including the foreign branches located in Turkey, Morocco and Tunisia;
  • You will:
  • Support the identification, development and monitoring of "Business Value" initiatives with the aim of increasing revenues and profitability of local legal entities, thanks to actions on Businesses (in collaboration with the Product Teams), on commercial channels, on new business models, on the profitability of channels and products;
  • Support the definition of actions to evolute the Business (in collaboration with the Product Team), channel, commercial, organizational common to the various foreign legal entities, bearing in mind both the peculiarities of the market in which they operate (customer behaviours, business model, regulation) and Sisal guidelines;
  • Support on the standardization of commercial, business and business reporting processes through common and homogeneous KPIs;
  • Support the International Business Cross fertilization, in relation to products, commercial approaches, business models;
  • Support for guaranteeing commercial consistency in Business Transitions.

Who you are:

  • You have a university degree in Economics, Management, Engineering;
  • You have a previous experience of at least 34 years in Consulting firms or in International Environments, with a strong and solid knowledge about business (strategy preferably) and operations;
  • You have excellent aptitude for teamwork and working by objectives;
  • You have proactivity and great spirit of initiative;
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • You have excellent knowledge of the Office package;
  • You have excellent knowledge of the English language.

Preferably you also have:

  • A knowledge of betting/gaming sector and/or previous experience in a structured international environment will be considered a plus;
  • Knowledge of French language is a plus.
