You will participate in everyday activities such as organizing arts and crafts time leading games reading stories and singing songs. Promote the club's youth programs and activities assist parents in program registration help keep facilities clean neat well-maintained report accidents injuries unsafe work conditions to the manager complete safety training certifications follow company policies procedures ensure uniform personal appearance clean professional maintain confidentiality proprietary information protect company assets welcome acknowledge guests according quality standards anticipate address service needs assist individuals disabilities thank guests genuine appreciation speak with others clear professional language answer telephones appropriate etiquette develop positive working relationships comply quality assurance expectations standards visually inspect tools equipment machines reach bend twist pull stoop move lift carry objects weighing less than or equal to pounds stand sit walk extended period perform other reasonable job duties requested.
