For Life Science Business Unit we are constantly looking for a best in class Customer Service. You will support our customer relations activities in order to increase customer experience and keeping under control our KPIs. You will support in following-up internal and external customer's requests by providing them necessary information and service.
Who you are:
- Economic or scientific degree
- Good Computer skills, (Office Package) & basic Knowledge of digital communication channel. Requested and excellent knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in English
- Problem solving skills, analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to work in team
- Excellent time management
