We're looking for a high-trust operator with strong finance instincts someone who can turn strategy into execution build financial-operational rigor and act as the CEO's multiplier across planning cadence and cross-functional initiatives.
- Support CEO & Finance team with budgeting cashflow tracking scenario modelling.
- Run the operating rhythm end-to-end weekly exec monthly business reviews quarterly OKRs systematic blocker removal.
- 4-8 years in strategy consulting business operations investment banking or product/ops roles in high-growth environments.
