The role of mid-level European Patent Attorney involves drafting high-quality patent applications, managing prosecution before the EPO, conducting opposition proceedings, coordinating external counsel preparation of technical submissions.

• Drafting patent applications primarily in mechanical and medical device fields,
• Managing portfolio alignment during examination strategy,
• Sponsoring/opposition preceedings (including analysis and risk assessment) against patents related to products under development by R&D team members, coordination efforts via email or other means between legal teams at home office branches worldwide,
