Pescantina health care Plant (VR).



Whay you will do:


The Validation Engineer will perform GMP validations following standards and regulatory requirements, overall good industry practices for commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) services.

This position is primarily responsible for execution of validation activities to drive overall quality and compliance and, coordinate with QA Manager the following activities:


  • Identify, investigate, and resolve deviations to commissioning and qualification testing.
  • Generate documents such as master plans, design qualification, user, and functional requirements
  • Identify needs and work towards solutions that meet schedule, cost, and quality expectations and requirements.
  • Review equipment specifications, manuals, and develop an understanding of how equipment functions; test equipment accurately meeting requirements for intended use
  • Review and walk down P&IDs and drawings for accuracy
  • Strong writing skills required to author and execute DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, and PV documents, develop SOPs, create final reports and author validation and quality procedures and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in chemical, biomedical or biochemical engineering

Previous experience in the role

  • Working knowledge of GMP manufacturing
  • Experience supporting commissioning and qualification projects in pharmaceutical industry.

Very good knowledge of English:


  • Ability to think critically and demonstrate troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
