- Evaluate participant responses using provided guidelines
- Rate behavioral indicators per question, highlight evidence and write short justifications
- The primary focus will be on elevating our science-based AI system through validation of scoring frameworks for assessments.
- Demonstrate 5–7+ years’ experience in at least one relevant field such as Talent Acquisition/Human Resources (Competency-Based Interviewing Structured Evaluation), Organizational/I-O Psychology or Soft-Skills Behavioral Assessments
- Comfortable staying objective across high volumes of data sets
- Show strong attention to detail and reliability consistent ratings throughout your analysis ,
