- Demonstrate 5–7+ years’ experience in at least one relevant field such as Talent Acquisition/Human Resources (Competency-Based Interviewing Structured Evaluation), Organizational/I-O Psychology or Soft-Skills Behavioral Assessments
- Comfortable staying objective across high volumes of data sets
