Job Title: SHIFT MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Ferrero Plant in Arlon, Belgium is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Maintenance Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance teams.

About the Role:

This role ensures that maintenance services meet quality standards and objectives related to safety, productivity, hygiene, quality, and HACCP compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantees that all regulatory and company safety standards and requirements are respected and effective.
• Assist in evaluating and updating maintenance procedures.
• Maintain and update machinery manuals and compliance records.
• Help plan and schedule maintenance activities.
• Supervise maintenance tasks, prioritize requests, and ensure safety compliance.
• Track maintenance practices and analyze breakdowns.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in engineering
• Around 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Fluent in English
• Proven ability to effectively manage people in different multi-cultural environments
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The position is based in Arlon, Belgium. Estimated salary range for this position is between €80,000 - €110,000 per year.
