Responsibilities:

• Responsible management of our production site in Arcugnano (VI)
• Responsibility for personnel, equipment, processes and for a coordinated management of the department
• Ensure a productive and flexible manufacturing process to best meet cost, schedule and quality targets
• Continuous improvement of the production processes
• Create a production strategy/roadmap in alignment with expected volume growth
• Setting annual targets for the subordinate lines
• Personnel management of approx. 60 employees at the site
• Budget responsibility and participation in investment planning
• Close cooperation with the interface departments Engineering, HSE, Quality Management, Purchasing, Finance & Controlling and Sales
• Collaboration in crossdepartmental project teams
• Application and sustainable implementation of LEAN methods
• Regular exchange with the main plant in Eurasburg

Qualifications:

• Completed technical studies
• Several years of professional experience in the production environment, including very good knowledge of production engineering and organization
• Experience in employee management, motivation and development
• Lean training (at least Green Belt)
• Sound knowledge of business administration
• Experience in change management
• Distinctive, entrepreneurial personality with creative drive
• Strong customer orientation and flexibility in dealing with customers
• High awareness of quality and occupational safety
• Ability to work in a team and solutionoriented
• Very good communication skills, respectful and appreciative interaction with colleagues and superiors
• Knowledge of English CEF B2/C1
