The Role
Reporting to the DDP Controller the key purpose of this role is to gather, organize and analyze data from integrated systems for monthly, quarterly and yearly Reporting at Group and Corporate Level and to accomplish to all the statutory and local tax requirements.
What you will do:
- Monthly reporting activities for all JK entities
- Monthly accruals both ITA and US Gaap
- JE entries both ITA and US Gaap
- Full management of statutory/local requirements for the italian entity
- Local tax compliance and requirements (VAT, etc)
- US Gaap tax in LVT
- Local tax return
- FA management both ITA and US Gaap
- Agent commission calculation
- Supporting and preparing documents for auditors
- Monthly payroll analysis
- Payroll / accounting import in SAP
- Cadency maintenance
- Revenue Recognition
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Sox requirements and controls
- Warehouse entries and SAP entries
- Full accounting support to the other depts
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree &/or equivalent work experience in Economics or Management Engineering
- Experience in similar position in auditing firms or in complex/international manufacturing companies
- Good level of English
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Capable problem solver who uses reporting and data analytics to create effective solutions for the internal customers
- Demonstrates a positive, determined, and ambitious approach when confronted with system, data and reporting challenges
- Able to interface effectively with other functional teams in order to check and gather the correct data.

- Able to make advanced data analysis
- US GAAP and ITA Accounting Principles
