Podere Spedalone, Val D'Orcia, Tuscany, Italy

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at Podere Spedalone, an Agriturismo in the heart of the stunning Val D'Orcia Valley.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and escort them to their tables
Present menus and explain specials to guests
Take food and drink orders and ensure accuracy
Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
Respond to guests' requests and inquiries
Prepare tables for new guests
Clear and clean tables after guests have left
Assist with the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the dining area
Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of food and wine preferred
Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Must be legally authorized to work in Italy
