    Job Title: Telecommunication Engineer Specialist



    We are looking for a highly skilled Telecommunication Engineer to join our team in the TELCO sector.



    Job Description:



    The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies in optics through technology scouting activities, assessing enabling technologies for next-generation transceivers and defining requirements for custom applications. Additionally, they will draw up procurement specifications, analyze RFQ feedback and classify suppliers in collaboration with the Procurement team. They will also coordinate remote validation activities including design of test lists, planning and review of results.



    Required Skills and Qualifications:


    • Masters degree in Telecommunications Engineering;
    • Solid knowledge of pluggable transceivers for Datacom and Telecom applications (access and transport application spaces), with focus on 100G, 200G, 400G & 800G;
    • In-depth understanding of form factors & their MSA specifications;
    • Advanced competence in optical & microelectronic technologies & optical propagation;
