Job Description:
THE TRANSACTION ADVISORY ROLE
We are looking for interns to join us as Transaction Advisory Analysts for a 6-months period in our Milan office.
- & sell-side transaction projects. You will play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, preparing transaction process-related documentation, scouting, and qualifying potential targets, and supporting the transaction process from outreach through negotiations of deal terms and structures.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct research and business analysis of healthcare companies and segments;
- Identify and qualify potential targets for buy
- Develop and edit slide presentations, process timelines, target lists or other communications to run the transaction process;
- Monitor important developments, initiatives, news, legislation, corporation activities and M&A transactions, analyzing the impact to strategies and business plans;
- Support in the preparation of marketing documents for M&A transactions (teaser, Memorandum of Information, Management Presentations...);
- Assist in the elaboration of financial valuations (transaction and trading multiples, DCF/ rNPV);
- Assist in the preparation business proposals, presentations and marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Graduating or newly graduated students with MSc in business, Economics, Finance or MSc in Life Sciences related programs looking for an internship at the intersection of the management consulting and healthcare industries.
- Fluent in English
- Excellent proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint are a must).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Healthcare, engineering or Life Sciences studies and/or meaningful past experience in these areas is desirable.
