    This is a high-impact role that combines strategic ownership with hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will lead Italy market access and external affairs, driving regional access execution, building long-term credibility, and influencing key institutions.

    • Define and execute the Italy Market Access strategy for pipeline and in-market products, ensuring clear launch readiness plans and timelines.
    • Lead pricing & reimbursement strategy and execution: value proposition, dossier input, negotiation planning and delivery.
    • Own engagement with key institutions including AIFA, Ministry of Health, Regions, HTA stakeholders and relevant bodies.
