North Eastern Italy we are looking for a
SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCIAL ANALYST - FMCG


The Supply Chain Financial Analyst - FMCG is responsible for supporting our Global Supply Chain, S&OP and Procurement team by analyzing and managing financial and non-financial data (e.g., inventory quantities).

This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods and rendering of services, while minimizing financial risks and optimizing working capital.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain & Procurement with reporting line to the Head of the Global Controlling in Vienna.

Translate vision and long-term plans into concrete managerial numbers and provide support in achieving them

  • Define, implement, and monitor key
    performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Working capital improvements: Identify opportunities and work with the functional teams to implement and maintain them.

Collaborate with your Supply Chain Teams to support forecasting and annual budget process.

  • Actively support the implementation of a S&OP process and provide input to improve forecast accuracy based on in depth analysis of actual data.
  • Green Coffee Procurement: Understand our green coffee processes, contracts, and the prices (Green Coffee, differential, logistic, financing costs), work with our procurement director and plant logistics to own the forecasting of Green Coffee payables.
  • Global Procurement: Develop a scorecard to measure benefits delivered by the Procurement Team and identify further potentials and improvement areas. Indepth analysis of existing data and processes to develop a stable and reliable decision base for reporting and further improvements.
  • Built and maintain a model to analyze logistic and warehousing costs along the supply chain and identify improvement areas and reduce total costs to the company.
  • Daily interaction with the management to help provide financial data and direction.
  • Challenge existing processes, set standards, compare vs. best in class
  • Create internal group wide controlling policies
  • Based on indepth analysis, provide recommendations to the teams and senior management
  • Work across functions to get all relevant information and data to show a holistic picture

Qualifications:


  • Masters's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

3-5 years experience in relevant controlling field required (in particular FMCG contexts)

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data modelling and (big) data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • International leadership experience from working and achieving results in a matrix organization, demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams

Fluent business English orally and in writing

  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills

Solid SAP user level knowledge, ideally S4 HANA experience

  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
