FAAC Technologies, world leader in access automation, parking systems and access control, counting on 50 sales companies in 29 countries, more than 3.600 employees worldwide and 17 manufacturing plants is looking for a
Customer Service Specialist for its HUB Parking Technology Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter orders received from customers / subsidiaries via standard PO or Configurator;
- Plan the production of the required equipment;
- Monitor the progress of the production of orders for which they are responsible for;
- Guarantee compliance to commercial conditions indicated in the sales contract (payment terms, discounts, return conditions, net prices);
- Ensuring the resolution of return shipments, nonconformities and management of delivery delays;
- Provide customer support;
- Issue invoices and credit / debit notes in compliance with existing CEE and EXTRA CEE regulations;
- Ensure all activities necessary for goods collection;
- Issue logistics and customs documentation needed for export purposes;
- Monitor the customer's credit situation;
Competencies and requirements:
- Degree in Foreign Languages and / or Economics
- 3/4 years of Experience in the Sales Administration area in manufacturing or technical industry
- Client & Service Orientation;
- Excellent knowledge of English
- A second language will be considered a plus
- Precision and accuracy;
- Risk Analysis & Problem solving;
- Planning & Organization;
- Highly appreciated knowledge of SAP management;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
