Job responsibilities:

The Documentation Specialist is part of the R&D team and reports to the Industrialization Manager. The resource is responsible for the creation of technical documentation.

Essential tasks:

Business process management for the creation of new products (eM
Process Maker)
Designs of New Finished Product Labels and related maintenance (Corel Draw)
Maintenance instruction booklets (Word)
Master data management on company program (Jgalileo)
Support and interactions with production and foreign plants (Codesoft
Label Program)
Support to the team for the verification of the documentation related to preseries before the production

Required qualifications and experience:

Technical diploma
Previous HVAC/Refrigeration experience preferred
Knowledge of the Windows Office package
Knowledge of Corel Draw
Accuracy and attention to detail
Proactivity in identifying and anticipating any problems or anomalies in order to plan adequate corrective and/or improvement actions
Knowledge of the English language
