We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year.


Operations are now seeking a talented Size & Fit Team Leader to join the team based in our new studio in Landriano, Pavia.

Reporting into the Global Size & Fit Manager, you will be tasked with ensuring that our customers are aware of the specific size nuances that any given product has.

The accuracy and attention to detail means that our customers can make their online purchases with the knowledge that they are getting the best fit from their garment of choice.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

  • Support the Global Manager in all aspects of the Size & Fit team and cooperate with other global managers to ensure consistency and achieve mutual goals.
  • Manage the Size & Fit team in Landriano on a day to day basis, proactively develop their individual performance, carrying out annual performance appraisals and identify development needs.
  • Line manage Details Copywriters and liaise with Global Product Editorial managers to assess their work output and quality.
  • Recruit, develop and retain Size & Fit product specialists, in line with the needs of the business and to support business growth
  • Provide leadership, ensuring team are inspired, engaged and motivated. Constantly seeking to be the best and exceed expectations.
  • Proof read and edit uploads and website staging, making sure the copy provided is accurate and online with the company tone.
  • Be able to cover the daytoday Size & Fit role on set when required.
  • Cooperate onset with the stylist and photographer, ensuring each item is shot in the correct size and represented correctly in terms of Size and Fit.
  • Provide accurate and engaging fit information to the customer through the Size and Fit copy, adding relevant notes to the company system using the Size and Fit guidelines.
  • Liaise with brands and teams in the wider business to determine the intended aesthetic of each design, technical construction details and any fit/design specification's which may affect a garment during shooting.
  • Undertake market research to determine requirements needed to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure team understands the strategic direction of the business and their role in helping to achieve it.
  • Work with the other Studio Managers and Team Leaders, and other relevant departments, in order to maintain the Studio workflow as productive as possible, making sure issues are proactively dealt with and implementing improvements and key business projects.
  • Determine and clearly communicate objectives to the team. Ensuring they are aware of the daily priorities.
  • Proactively manage team resource. Ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Actively promote a positive open, honest, and effective workinenvironment where all staff are valued and contributing to the team's success.

  • Proven people management experience and strong leadership skills.
  • A flexible attitude and ability to adapt to change and last minute requests.
  • Excellent standard of written English articulate, with good spelling and grammar.
  • Numeracy skills with good computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of garment technical aspects affecting the fit is essential.
  • Experience of working with patterns, prototypes and mockups.
  • Vast knowledge of materials, production methods and finishing techniques.
  • Experience of working within fit sessions.
  • Demonstrated high understanding of luxury customer shopping habits.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Confidence to liaise with a variety of departments.
  • Experienced working with stringent deadlines.
  • Outstanding work ethics and ability to multitask.
  • Confidence and assertiveness in decision making.
  • Ability to understand and manage risk.
