About the team:


The Content Partnerships Manager would be working within the TikTok Italy Team and focused on growing the Lifestyle & Education content ecosystem for Italy within TikTok through working with partners.

We're interested in individuals who want to focus on creating, developing, and supporting our content partnerships strategy in Italy.

This role will involve creating, developing, and growing our content partnerships and their potential on TikTok as well as initiating and driving to complete projects and collaborations that achieve those goals.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and onboard potential partners across different categories in the Italian market (publishers, institutions, entertainment businesses).
  • Develop, maintain and expand strong direct relationships with external key partners in Italy.
  • Manage daytoday partnership operations and activations, existing performance growth, and advocate internally on behalf of our partners.
  • Drive strategic acquisition strategy, outreach, and onboarding of partnerships, specifically within the Entertainment, Lifestyle & Education industries.
  • Define, model, execute against and analyze key distribution performance metrics and recommend content strategy improvements to partners.
  • Development of dedicated campaigns and programs that nurture partners, focusing on increasing partner engagement and loyalty.
  • Developing crossfunctional projects with internal multiple teams involved, where you lead the conversation towards external partners.
  • Regularly communicate datadriven partner insights to leadership and interface regularly with other XFN teams to ensure consistency across the company.
  • Master contracting and dealnegotiation skills when closing partnerships.
  • Work handinhand with XFN teams (e.g. Content Programming, PR, Legal, Marketing, Business Development) to generate opportunities for partners that are beneficial for TikTok.
  • Champion partner feedback to Operations and Product teams in an effort to continue optimizing internal and external tools.

Qualifications:


  • BA/BS degree or higher.
  • 3+ years experience in the lifestyle & education industry, with an established network within media publishers and the industry in Italy and proven experience in managing relationships with key industry partners.
  • Experience in using datadriven insights and analytics to inform business decisions.
