POSITION

MISSION


He/she will play a central hub role in the co-ordination of Store Planning projects, from the design phase to the project completion, ensuring that all appropriate parties involved are fully briefed and have received accurate, up to date and timely information at all stages of the project, according to schedule, key milestones and deadlines.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible to coordinate Store Planning projects (DOS, FR, WHS, Pop Up), following all progress steps until shop opening, preparing project schedule with key milestones, ensure the project runs to schedule working with local technical specialist partner
  • Responsible for Recco calendar and meetings preparations, sharing construction budget with Financial & Administration and commercial team
  • Investment plan verification with Financial & Administration/Managing Directors/Commercial Team
  • Maintain focus on a particular geographical region (Americas), acquire in depth knowledge of the specific characteristics of the market, from a technical (e.g. permit lead times, local norms) cultural, retail/wholesale point of view
  • Monitor activities with the local architects verifying that the work progress is in line with the project's timing
  • Maintain constant communication with Interior Design creative team, to give feedback for concept improvement and work together on costs analysis and reduction of cost/sqm
  • Responsible for worldwide layout approval process with the Architecture Director, Country Managing Directors and Top Management
  • Supervision of the security plan approval in advance with corporate risk department
  • Manage the bidding process, following Interior Design procedure guidelines and administrative tasks, prepare, send and follow up on purchase order documents and contracts with suppliers and monitor delivery schedule of orders
  • Create and share monthly project status recap
  • Global coordination on special roll out projects (see examples of lining, accessories, perfume, lighting, etc.)
  • Collect and validate material samples by new suppliers
  • Contribute to Interior Design & Visual Improvements (process/organization and strategy) in coordination with the Interior Design managers about new openings, events, fairs, special projects, etc
  • Responsible for project coordination and fluid sharing of info with local technical specialist, process/organization and strategy alignment
  • Work with legal offices for contract preparation and with administrative specialists for all administrative aspects, follow up on invoices and payments

PROFILE

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years of experience within the same field, preferable within luxury brands
  • Degree in Engineering/Design/Architecture or similar
  • Fluency in Italian and English, any additional language is a plus
  • Proficiency in IT Applications (Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Bulgari Products / Bulgari commercial network
  • Knowledge of design and architecture principles and tools
  • Technical background, attention to details for engineering, prototypes and new materials research
  • Project management and planning techniques
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
