Job Description
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to further develop their skills on the job, by being responsible for preparing/cleaning food and tools according to Company standards and in compliance with hygiene, sanitary, and safety regulations.
They will also be responsible for waste management and cell cleaning.
Residency/domicile in Amalfi or nearby will be considered a plus.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a graduate in the tourism and hotel industry and has the following requirements:
· At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in establishments of the same category or high standard restaurants.
· knowledge of the basics of culinary techniques and food preparation, as well as hygiene and sanitary regulations.
· a reasonable knowledge of the English language. They are a precise, organized, flexible person, attentive to quality and details.
· excellent manual dexterity, a sense of taste and aesthetics, and are capable of working in a team.
