Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Retail Merchandiser for Italy & Greece as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:_
Managing merchandising activities for all categories (LG, RTW, Shoes and others) for Italy and Greece
Giving feedback to EMEA Merchandising team during the sales campaign and finalizing the sizing by store
Working closely with Retail network, Visual Merchandising, Training and Merchandising team in Europe in order to support sale through and turnover objectives
Performing competitor merchandising analysis and benchmarking in key categories
Managing daily contact with Stores regarding assortment, quality issues, collections' information and launch organization
Liaising with Stores and performing frequent market visits in preparation of instore initiatives (visual set up, ad hoc intervention, product training, new openings, etc)
Providing qualitative and quantitative key analysis in order to draw up conclusions about opportunities and liabilities and follow through to execution
Managing the product allocation within the Stores through specific merchandising actions (organizing product transfers, replenishments, stock optimization across stores)
Making consolidation/reallocation recommendations to stores in order to optimize sellthrough
Who you are:_
University Degree in Business Administration or in related field

years of relevant working experience in Retail Merchandising roles within luxury and fashion industry

Great sensibility for product and knowledge of competitor's offers and positioning
Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills
Team player with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus
Willing to travel
