Who you are

You have analytic mindset and reports capabilities
You are confident with using Excel
Your English is fluent (at least B1/B2 is mandatory)
You have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles/logistic roles
You like solving complex issues and you are proactive in process analysis
You are resilient and capable to work and perform under pressure
You have an accurate and organized approach
You are open minded and a good communicator

What you'll be doing day to day

As Product Quality Inspector, you will manage and administrate all quality issues related to product compliance.

You will ensure a high standard quality of IKEA products by creating and sending reports to share with the central quality functions.

During your daily activities you will:

Manage and follow up the Sales Stop activity-Inspect products that may have potential issues and conduct local target inspections
Update and send claim reports to the central quality functions and follow up the cases
Support operations on potential quality issues
Ensure a high level of reports' accuracy and their compliance with the working methods
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (IoS, QSC, etc)
Work paying attention to our Safety&Security code
