STOCK CONTROLLER

Responsibilities of the role:


  • It ensures correspondence and alignment between the recorded data on the Company's and the customer's information systems with the physical stock;
  • It collaborates with the/manager/operational manager and/or head of department to manage warehouse maintenance activities, according to operational priorities and needs;
  • It organizes and coordinates the periodic inventories during the year, with the help of the necessary collaborators;
  • It draws up and maintains the assigned reporting, detects the defined Kpis, to monitor the performance of the stock, highlighting a/Lla own/a responsible for both improvement cues and critical elements;
  • It compliance with labour safety standards and company procedures, quality and sustainable development;
  • It records any noncompliance of its department and proposes to/your own/ preventive and corrective actions responsible, ensuring SOX compliance on all processes under its jurisdiction;
  • It carries out its activities in compliance with the rules of safety at work (D.Lgs. 81/08) and safety procedures, understood as protection of the company assets.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree;
  • Experience of at least 4 years in a similar role in structured companies in the logistics sector;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel);
  • Constitutes a plus knowledge of AS400;
  • Strong relational, communicative and management skills, analytical and organizational skills, team work orientation;
  • Critical management attitude and problem solving.

What we offer:

The type of contract and working hours will be discussed in more detail during the interview.

Willingness to work on shifts and on Saturdays and Sundays depending on the specific needs of the site is required.

The ability to reach the workplace independently within the scheduled time is important.
An induction plan for the function will be drawn up specifically for the role.
