    You will join our Milan or Rome Office
    As our new IA expert consultant, you will be part of our successful team composed by geologists, engineers, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc. working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk and sustainability. You will contribute to a sustainable future in an open, collaborative and empowering culture.

    Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Support the Italian and wider global team by carrying out technical tasks as required;
  • Be an active part of our audit team in Italy and abroad;
  • Review and interpret EU and Italian environmental regulations;
  • Support with the preparation of reports in Italian and English;
  • Support with the application for major and minor permits;
  • Meet project deadlines as indicated by the Project Manager.

  • Candidates should have a Master level university degree in environmental science, earth sciences, environmental engineering or similar;
  • Measurable work experience either in industry or consultancy;
  • Impact Assessment procedures and other relevant Environmental Permit procedures (e.g. IPPC authorizations, landscape authorizations, VinCA, off-shore permitting);
  • Ideally proficient user of ArcGIS;
  • Experience of field work and data analysis;
  • Previous experience of adopting and applying national and international environmental regulation such as Decree 152/06 and EID Directive;
  • Capable of producing clear and concise written documents in Italian language (mother tongue);
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
