Help us get ahead of disease together with our Internship Programme:

La risorsa in stage eseguirà supporto tecnologico per il processo ed il prodotto nei reparti produttivi e per il continuo miglioramento e la valutazione richiesta in fase di change.

Contribuisce all'introduzione dei nuovi prodotti dal punto di vista della tecnologia di processo.

In particolare supporterà nelle seguenti attività:

Proposta di progetti di miglioramento/process understanding per i processi esistenti
Contribuisce ai transfer di tecnologia nell'ambito dell'introduzione di nuovi prodotti
Supporta l'unità di Change Control nella stesura della documentazione di convalida di processo e coordina le attività relative.
Partecipa ad alcune fasi di IQ/OQ degli impianti sviluppati
Conosce i prodotti e i processi della propria area tecnologica/stream
Individua eventuali progetti di miglioramento del processo produttivo, sia per incrementarne la robustezza che la produttività
Segue la conformità ai principi e ai requisiti di CPV (Continuous Process Verification) al fine che i trend dei parametri critici siano mantenuti sotto controllo ed evidenziando eventuali azioni correttive o migliorative
Propone e supporta iniziative di sviluppo e innovazione tecnologici valutandone la fattibilità
Problem Solving e RCA owner (Top 3 waste and quality)
Supporta il reparto produttivo e l'unità OQM nelle anomalie e delle deviazioni riscontrate nei processi produttivi
Utilizza strumenti OE e statistici per l'analisi dei dati e la valutazione degli scenari
