Data System Administrator

Job Brief
A Data System Administrator is main responsible to ensure segregation of duty on site.

Provide support, training, maintenance of users' access to equipments/systems on site to ensure accurate system set-up and correct use of system.


Location/Division Specific Information


The Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Ferentino (80km from Rome), with more than 1.100 employees, is specialized in commercial contract manufacturing of injectable drugs, both liquid and lyophilized formulations, with a growing focus on biologics.


Key tasks and Responsibilities

  • Handle systems access and user permissions, data backup and periodical audit trail review.
  • Collaborate on projects/system implementations
  • Write or update systems procedure to ensure both efficient and compliant operations
  • Interact with multifunctional team members including: IT, CSV, Production, Engineering, Quality Control, Quality Operations and Data Integrity.
  • Handle data compliance tasks for the manufacturing/laboratory computerized systems.
  • Support risk/ compliance assessments and associated mitigation and remediation with collaborators according to the Data Integrity Policy
  • Handle the creation of recipes for production use on all production systems
  • Handle the periodic reviews of users and support the periodic reviews of computerized systems on GMP systems;
  • Perform training on electronics/computer systems.

Requirements:


  • Technical high school Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Proficient English, written and spoken
  • Proven knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and current Good Documentation Practices (cGDP).
  • Knowledge of data security and data integrity requirements
  • Experience 21CFR Part 11 instrumentation compliance as well as writing and reviewing SOPs.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Learning agility
  • Previous experience in the Pharma industry will be considered a plus
