    Investment Analyst – Data Centers

    Milan, Italy | LIO DC | Full-time

    The Role

    We are looking for a high-performing Investment Analyst to join our growing team in Milan.

    You will play a key role in evaluating new data center opportunities, structuring transactions, supporting fundraising, and driving investment committee materials. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to senior management, institutional investors, and strategic partners.

    This position is ideal for candidates with experience in infrastructure, private equity, real estate, or investment banking who want to operate at the intersection of energy, AI infrastructure, and digital real estate.

    Key Responsibilities

    Investment Analysis & Underwriting

    • Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, equity waterfalls, sensitivity analysis)
    • Analyze power strategy, capex phasing, lease-up scenarios, and operating metrics
    • Support valuation and pricing of greenfield and brownfield opportunities

    Transaction Execution

    • Assist in due diligence processes (technical, legal, commercial, financial)
    • Coordinate advisors and counterparties
    • Prepare investment committee memos and board materials

    Capital Markets & Fundraising

    • Support equity and debt fundraising processes
    • Prepare investor presentations and data rooms
    • Conduct market and competitive analysis

    Strategic Research

    • Analyze AI-driven demand trends, hyperscaler requirements, and power market dynamics
    • Monitor regulatory and energy developments impacting the sector
    • Support site selection and expansion strategy
    What We're Looking For
    • 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate, or Transaction Advisory
    • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
    • High attention to detail and ownership mindset
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)
