More on the Commercial Trainee - Porto Corsini**:

GENERAL

Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety procedures and regulations.
Participate in Continuous Improvement and Business Development projects.
Proactively respond to all costumer and requests, in timely manner.
Collect and analyse market information. Be in the market and allow good information from the market for our competitive analysis and our positioning

EXECUTION

Support shipment operations in the Bunge system.

TRADING

Support contract management meaning to be accountable for the execution on the contracts, negotiating back logs and financing changes if they appear.
Support customer visits on year basis and developing of sustainable long term relationships with key accounts.
Support the follow up of the receivables, as per to keep truck of the performance of our Working Capital and try to implement all the financial tools in place to improve our ROIC.
Coordination within different departments of PCO team.
University degree in business, agricultural sciences or other related field.
Skilled in decision making & negotiation
Curiosity and willing to learn
Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English (any other languages will be a plus).
