Your Role and Responsibilities
'Kyndryl Consult brings together professionals worldwide who advise, design, build, migrate and transform IT infrastructures, complex systems & architectures and fundamental services on which the world relies.

We are looking for profiles interested in undertaking a new stimulating job opportunity as System Management Specialist/System Administrator in Device Management Area/Modern Workplace, with deep knowledge of Microsoft Platforms (SCCM, Intune) and also Collaboration systems (O365).

You'll be involved in technical analysis and implementation of technical solutions on Customer Environment.

You'll have the opportunity to know different Workplace Technologies and gain knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into clients' business environment.

Moreover, the activities will expect direct interaction with Customer End User on issues related to their Laptop and to plan massive activities as SW distribution or new PC rollout.

Base knowledge on network well as on main operating system (Redhat and Windows) are appreciated.

• Maximize the project and architecture practice abilities and capabilities to increase project and solution success

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
'Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

• 3 years Experience on management Microsoft Windows Enterprise Environment
• 3 years Experience to design, implement and manage complex Microsoft MEM (SCCM / Intune) and / or similar products with deep kwnoledge of security policy and app management
• Experience in technologies management and workstation patching processes
• Excellent knowledge of PowerShell, vbs, batch scripting
• Consolidated experience in software packaging
• Plan a Windows Devices Deployment Strategy
• Manage Devices in Microsoft 36
• Implement Mobile Device Management in Microsoft 36
• Manage Devices by Using Microsoft Intune
• Manage Applications by Using Microsoft Intune and SCCM

- good knowledge on Windows 10/11; macoS, iOS & Android
- knowledge on Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN endpoint, Remote Management


Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

• Microsoft: Expert
• M365 Enterprise Administrator

• Microsoft: Associate

• Microsoft identity and access administrator
• Experience on VDI environment and Virtualization Environment (Vmware)
• Kwnoledge on Office 365, Licensing and management on MS Azure SaaS (AAD, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Sharepoint Online, MS Teams)

- knowledge on Identity Management e Authentication (Azure ADConnect, ADFS, Federation & MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM, Azure AD Identy Protection, Risk Policy)
