Mission:
Execution of logistic and repairing process (on local/ regional project) in accordance with company procedure, quality standard and contractual SLAs

Accountabilities

Ensure the execution of the intervention starting, performing and closing of logistics and spares activities during warranty and after sales period (maintenance contracts) according to specified
Service Level Agreement
Ensure the definition and optimization of the spare parts stock to achieve contractual repair and replenishment time requirements during the warranty and after sales phases
Ensure the technical and logistic interface with the factory for the repairing process
Ensure execution and monitoring of repairing contracts with suppliers
Ensure the collection and aggregation failure data on the equipment during warranty and after sales phases
Ensure the issuing of repair Reporting activities

Required Skills/ Knowledge

Bachelor's Degree/High school in technical area or Equivalent
Technical background
From 3 up to 5 years Logistic experience could be a plus;
Budgeting & cost controlling
Knowledge of ERP (i.e. SAP), CRM (i.e. MAXIMO) and Configuration Management tools
Logistic and warehouse management
Planning
Statistical analysis and "data management"
