For the Digital Product & Services unit we are looking for two UX/UI Designers to work on E.ON digital properties, respectively on customers platform like E.ON APP (Digital Self-care & Engagement team) and public E.ON website with digital commercial funnels (Website & Content strategy team).
They will map pain points and potential improvements to define requirements for new features (with Product owners) detailing in terms of flows in order to address front-end developments by Digital Delivery Team.
More specifically, they will be working into cross-functional teams to transform ideas into wireframes, refine them with internal and user's feedback, and make them look great with your UI skills.
The resource who will join the Digital Self-care & Engagement team will define the best patterns (flows, components, shortcuts, interfaces, etc.) on E.ON APP and web version of Customer portal (m-site and desktop) to maximize customer satisfaction using these channels from registration/login to the whole navigation.
The resource who will join the Website & Content strategy will define the customer journey for all new initiatives on the public area of the website to maximize customer satisfaction and increase acquisition of commodity and solution products.
Main Responsibilities
- Create compelling, inspiring, and unique digital designs for E.ON commodity and services;
- Transform complex and abstract concepts and challenges into wellarticulated, tangible solutions leading a bestinclass experience on all the involved platforms;
- Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to understand requirements and cocreate thoughtful solutions. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Developers;
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and highfidelity prototypes;
- Advocate for usercentered design while having a vision for a nownearfar roadmap of implementation:
- Work in an agile environment and continuously review the business needs, define priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
Key Skills
- 25 years UX/UI Designer background experience
- Experience with the humancentered design process
- Knowledge of design tools (Mandatory: Sketch and Figma)
- Have creative and holistic thinking across different product lines, platforms, and devices
- Problem solving skills with ability to find the balance between user needs, customer requirements, and feasibility constraints
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Teamworking skills
- Knowledge of Agile principles, values and methodologies, as a plus
- Knowledge of qualitative data analysis tools (eg. Contentsquare, Mouseflow, Hotjar), as a plus
