Meet HII's Mission Technologies Division

Essential Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage transportation program and conduct holistic database management including JOPES, ICODES, A2I, C2IE, JTIMS, SharePoint and assisting with the exercise program's management
  • Deployment and redeployment planning and analysis, product development, database management, budget analysis and logístical support
  • Manage the task force's employment calendar
  • Develop and maintain transportation standard operating procedures and related documentation
  • Support Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events
  • Develop time phased force deployment data (TPFDD) including transportation modes and sources limitations
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders supporting transportation initiatives
  • Support transportation administrative requirements including planning, execution, and analysis of transportation events
  • Develop TPFDD overview briefings and final expense reports
  • Perform planning and analysis at the theater, operational and tactical levels supporting assigned projects
  • Develop schedules, plans of action and milestones (POAM) to support event planning, execution and after action reporting
  • Identify and document relevant doctrine, organization, training material, leadership and education, personnel, facilities and policy (DOTMLFP-P) issues and make improvement recommendations

Minimum Qualifications:


  • 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.

  • Must have secret security clearance
  • Must have Joint Operational Logistics Planning experience or JOPES Support Personnel Course (JSPC) graduate.
  • Must be able to work in a team and individual environment

Preferred Requirements:


  • US military officer with advanced education and significant experience in joint operations planning, security cooperation planning, command and control, intelligence, fires, movement & maneuver, and protection & sustainment
  • Cargo load planning experience
  • Experience working in CNE/CNA staff
  • Experience coordinating with foreign partners, other government agencies
  • Experience with public speaking and briefing senior leaders
