  • Cultural understanding and communication skills o Strong team player and appreciate working in a project organization o Considerable drive and interest in taking on new tasks and challenges o Capable of understanding and aligning service performance metrics with the best in class in Europe as well as investigating and reporting reasons for deviations elsewhere in a 'countryagnostic' perspective o Thorough experience in collaboration with the Office IT, Data centre, service management and ITIL processes
  • Responsible to ensure a network documentation
  • Responsible to ensure network harmonisation and standardization across the Region / the local market
  • Collaboration and Teamwork Must have technical / professional qualifications:
  • An academic degree and/or at least 3/5 years work experience in an IT organization supporting large heterogeneous IT infrastructures.
  • Experiences in project management
  • Result-oriented and enjoy taking initiative as well as responsibility
  • Fluent English oral and written
  • Understanding of operational environments and delivery projects
  • Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results/change
  • Familiarity with other engineering domains or teams involved in network security aspects such as OSS, IT and CSO departments
  • Knowledge of Mobile Network Operator environment as well as
