Job Details

As an Associate Product Owner you will support the Senior Product Owner with managing and prioritizing a dedicated product backlog.

Additionally, you will contribute to translating business goals into product deliverables.


In this role, you will:

• Work closely with the Product Manager and Product Architect to help design solutions for business use cases and provide input for the product roadmap
• Ensure your scrum team(s) have enough business context for the solutions to be built and feel comfortable taking ownership of the solutions
• Gather requirements, define and communicate backlog items based on customer outcomes
• Specify features and write user stories in terms of outcomes and user flows, aided by visual tools where appropriate, and with clear acceptance criteria
• Represent the targeted end users in backlog refinement[MJ(2] sessions and ensure that complex features are appropriately scoped and broken down in the backlog
• Provide support (i.e. last level of support) to the other Kantar-TEL teams when requested, and in alignment with the priorities agreed with the Product Manager.

For this role, you need to have or be:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field.
• Interest in Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Detail oriented with good organisational and time management skills.
• Creative thinker with a "cando" attitude.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Eligible to work in Italy/EU without sponsorship
