Digital & IT Associate

Position Summary:

Communicates regularly with all levels of the business both verbally and in writing.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to follow defined processes, and strong troubleshooting skills are at the core of this position's accountabilities.


Responsibilities:


  • Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions
  • Recommends modifications of basic Digital and IT systems to improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating cost
  • Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations
  • Develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology both on premise and Cloud based
  • Develops training materials to support process changes and new technology introductions
  • Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed
  • Provide afterhour technical support as needed
  • Tracks and manages issues or requests via defined ticketing processes and procedures
  • Performs software installation and updates in support of failures.
  • Effectively educates customers on product use and assists them in fully utilizing available features
  • Assists senior level Tier 1 peers and Tier 2 Desktop Support team as requested.

Qualifications required:


  • Fluent verbal and written English language
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate accurately, efficiently and knowledgably, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the business
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to follow and adhere to defined processes and procedures
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively

Technical background required:


  • 3/5 years of experience in IT role, actively interacting with customers on a regular basis
- experience in managing computers, installing software and hardware

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure standard.
  • Capability on interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively present information to peers, management, customers, suppliers
  • Knowledge of JDE and SAP System

Contratto di lavoro:
Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato


Stipendio:
€30.000,00 - €40.000,00 all'anno
