    The Revenue Cloud Solution Engineer is responsible for supporting the sales efforts of the CPQ and Billing products which extend the Salesforce Sales Cloud or
    Salesforce Service Cloud with fully integrated Quote-to-Cash capabilities.
    The Revenue Cloud Solution Specialist will build trust and confidence with sales and IT stakeholders by working with each organization's unique challenges and presenting compelling solutions that will unlock value.     Job Description:
    There is more to this role than being a Solutions Engineer specialising in CPQ and
    Billing. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Salesforce platform lover who will act as a regional evangelist, product manager and a true business partner to the sales team. Our Team act as Digital Trusted Advisors. Day-to-day, a CPQ and Billing Solutions Engineer is at the forefront of the CPQ technology landscape. This role will work closely with the CPQ and Billing Specialist Sales team to uncover real business problems faced by customers and prospects to develop solutions and processes to not only overcome these obstacles but also deliver phenomenal business transformation.
    You will be responsible for partnering with CPQ and Billing Account Executives to deliver business value-based solutions, firmly positioning Salesforce as the partner of choice for Quote-to-Cash as well as keeping in touch with the product
    management team.

    An awesome Solution Engineer is seen as the digital trusted advisor, and
    they focus on the following key areas:
    Discovery: Work closely with business stakeholders and technical resources to understand how to make organizations successful and to address pain points in their current efforts.

    Design: Create innovative solutions which demonstrate how automated business processes come to life with Salesforce CPQ and Billing capabilities.

    Deliver: Connect business requirements with Salesforce solutions technology to deliver presentations, demonstrations, workshops or white-boarding sessions which engage a business/technical audience. Enable the wider internal and external communities on CPQ and Billing trends, product developments, etc.

    Digest: Stay up-to-date on the latest CPQ and Billing product development and roadmap, industry trends, and industry news.

    The basics:

    • Experience as a solution engineer or consultant in the software industry
    • Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology
    • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
    • Pre-sales consulting experience (RFP support, Discovery, Demonstration, POC,
    Solution Design)
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Compelling story-teller
    • Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team (or as an individual) to solve technical
    problems in varied political environments
    - Fluent Italian and English

    The extra 1%:
    • Previous experience working with or as a sales engineer for a CRM, CPQ, ERP and Billing system
    • Previous experience or certifications with the Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud
    • Public speaking experience (Events & Webinars)
    • Broader knowledge of web programming and debugging technologies
    • Other relevant CRM experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP,
    etc)
    • Other relevant CPQ and Billing platform experience (Apttus, Oracle CPQ, SAP CallidusCloud, Zuora, etc)
    • Analytics knowledge / visualisation tools (Einstein Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
    • B. Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS or equivalent
