- Visitare regolarmente installatori fotovoltaici nella zona assegnata per promuovere prodotti e soluzioni aziendali e aumentare la visibilità del brand;
- Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide con i partner installatori per sostenere la crescita commerciale nella regione e facilitare collaborazioni a lungo termine;
- Identificare e coinvolgere nuovi installatori potenziali, raccogliere informazioni di mercato e fornire feedback utili al team commerciale;
- Collaborare all'organizzazione di eventi locali: presentazioni prodotto, mini sessioni tecniche o incontri formativi di base;
- Coordinarsi con i reparti interni (commerciale, marketing, supporto tecnico) per garantire una cooperazione fluida con la rete di installatori.
- Diploma o Laurea in discipline commerciali, marketing o tecniche (o esperienza equivalente nel settore);
- Esperienza pregressa nella vendita sul campo o nello sviluppo canale, preferibilmente nel settore fotovoltaico o B2B;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, con capacità di interfacciarsi con partner locali;
- Attitudine proattiva, forte orientamento al risultato e disponibilità a frequenti trasferte locali;
- Patente B e autonomia negli spostamenti;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana.
