Chiesi Research & Development

Our R&D team represents a fundamental asset for the business.

It is divided into integrated functional areas focusing on pipeline projects including discovery and preclinical research, chemical manufacturing and controls, drug delivery technology, clinical development, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, intellectual property, quality assurance, R&D project and portfolio management.

Headquartered in the new purpose-built and fully integrated Research and Development Centre in Parma (Italy), the team also has important operations in Paris (France), Chippenham (UK), Cary (US), Stockholm (Sweden) and Toronto (Canada).

Who we are looking for

Purpose

Coordinate R&D activities on SV&S topics

Main Responsibilities

Ensure, support and coordinate all R&D activities related to SV&S, ensuring that each initiative is correctly coordinated in accordance with the departments involved.

Be the point of contact with the SV&S department. Periodically submit updates to the R&D Senior Management.
Support R&D giving information about the requirements related to B Corp certification. Support PMP Depart Head in preparing R&D reports for the Impact committee.
Coordinate R&D activities to raise awareness of R&D employees on sustainability topic

Experience Required

Previous experience of at least 3 years in the coordination of activities related to SV&S in R&D or Pharma.

Education

Scientific Degree (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry.) or Economics with specialization in the field of sustainability

Languages

Excellent knowledge of English (C1) both written and spoken.
