- Esegui i controlli prestabiliti dal piano di controllo sui prodotti in incoming o realizzati nel sito;
- Redigi i report documentali necessari alla gestione della conformità qualitativa del prodotto;
- Programmi ed esegui le verifiche ispettive interne (prodotto/processo)
- Aggiorni gli STFA (standard di Fabbricazione) dopo analisi interne o claims del cliente
- Garantisce la corretta gestione degli strumenti di verifica a supporto della produzione (esempio poka-yoke processo di rettifica);
- Esegui prove di laboratorio specifiche (dopo analisi interne o claims del cliente)
- Collabori con l'ente Qualità Centrale nell'aggiornamento della modulistica di Sistema di Gestione IATF
- Laurea in discipline tecniche (preferibilmente ingegneria meccanica)
- Conoscenza ed esperienza nell'utilizzo dei principali strumenti di misura, sia manuali che computerizzati, utilizzabili nella verifica dimensionale delle piastrine freno o suoi componenti:
- Capacità di analizzare un disegno tecnico industriale, dei particolari meccanici desunti da disegni di assieme, delle tolleranze di lavorazione e degli organi unificati.
- Conoscenza della trigonometria ed esperienza nell'utilizzo delle macchine tridimensionali (preferibilmente Hexagon/DEA con software PC-DMIS, non si escludono altri software 3D in futuro)
- Esperienza nell'ente qualità e/o miglioramento di processo;
- Conoscenze tecniche statistiche e relativi sviluppi delle stesse con software (es. Minitab);
- Conoscenza pratica pacchetto Office e gestionale SAP
- Conoscenza dell'applicativo Autocad;
- Conoscenza normativa IATF 16949:2016
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Capacità di lavorare in modo collaborativo e di adattarsi a un ambiente in rapida evoluzione.

Stiamo cercando un Quality Control Engineer da inserire nel Dipartimento Qualità, del nostro stabilimento di Termoli, a riporto del Quality Manager, in supporto del Process Improver e del Customer & Supplier Quality, con forte attitudine alle attività di analisi e controllo conformità del prodotto, processo e sistema di gestione.
La risorsa supporterà le attività quotidiane dell'ente al fine di soddisfare appieno quelli che sono i requisiti che ci vengono trasmessi dai vari clienti OEM.
