Located in the heart of the Chianti Classico, Borgo San Felice combines all of the pleasures of la dolce vita. The property is made up of an entire medieval hamlet including its old chapel, large pool, cellars and its vineyard surrounding it. Infinite pleasures can be discovered: authentic Mediterranean cuisine, an exceptional wine cellar, and the wellness centre. Con l'accordo e la supervisione del Bar Manager:

• prepara bevande, caffetteria

• effettua il servizio al tavolo e le prestazioni del Bar durante il suo turno di servizio

• cura la pulizia del banco

• assicura una qualità di ricevimento ed un servizio personalizzato verso la Clientela, occupandosi della
preparazione e del servizio delle bevande nel rispetto degli standard

• sostituisce il Bar Manager in caso di necessità

With the agreement and supervision of the Bar Manager:

• prepares drinks, cafeteria

• carries out the table service and the performance of the Bar during his turn of service

• takes care of the cleanliness of the counter

• ensures a quality of reception and a personalized service to customers, taking care of
preparation and serving of drinks in compliance with standards

• replaces the Bar Manager in case of need

• Contratto a tempo determinato stagionale (Aprile- Novembre 2024) con diritto di precedenza su anno successivo)

• CCNL Turismo forfettizzato e premio produzione annuale

• Disponibilità full time da lunedì a domenica con un giorno di riposo nel corso della stagione

• Vitto e alloggio in appartamento condiviso (camere due posti letto)

• Utenze a carico aziendale

• Formazione interna sia a livello gestionale che di procedure

• Formazione su mondo Relais & Chateaux e quality assessment, principali normative vigenti

• Piano inserimento circuito HR Relais & Chateaux

• Assistenza e supporto sanitario con Medico Aziendale

• Programma Total Quality aziendale

• Possibilità di trasferte per formazione specifica

• Programma Relais Team di Relais & Chateaux

• Accesso servizi Hotel nel rispetto della policy aziendale con agevolazioni esclusive

• Seasonal fixed-term contract (April- November 2024) with right of precedence for the following year)

• Flat-rate Tourism CCNL and annual production bonus

• Full time availability from Monday to Sunday with one day off during the season

• Board and lodging in a shared apartment (rooms for two people)

• Utilities charged to the company

• Internal training both at management and procedures level

• Training on the world of Relais & Chateaux and quality assessment, main regulations in force

• HR Relais & Chateaux circuit insertion plan

• Assistance and health support with Company Doctor

• Buona conoscenza di inglese e di una seconda lingua

• Esperienza di almeno tre anni maturata in hotel 4*/5* e/o Relais & Châteaux

• Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, comunicazione, orientamento al cliente e collaborazione

• Good knowledge of English and a second language

• At least three years of experience gained in a 4 * / 5 * hotel and / or Relais & Châteaux

• Organizational skills, communication, customer orientation and collaboration complete the profile
