With over 60 years of history, our Business Unit represents for the group the European hub in the supply of pumping systems for combustion engines and electric motors.

We are located in the Crema area and operate mainly in the field of Vacuum creation, Oil cooling and lubrication.

We supply the Western major automotive companies and grow as a mechatronics business organization.

At our headquarters, R&D, Production, Sales and all related staff work in synergy, totaling about 500 employees.

Job Description:

You will join the new
Innovation Management Team supporting the company's transformation to go beyond;

You will support the Innovation scope from ideation to incubation, Business development and product strategy activities; In particular, you will be involved in an upcoming three years Innovation project to develop the new generation of product.
You will perform market analysis in order to discover new potential business opportunities;
You will collaborate within a transversal team to make common objectives happen;
You will be proactively involved in the Employer Branding projects and communication, managing both internal and external innovation events;
You will develop and keep relations with R&D centers, Universities, Companies, territory's Institutions in order to enforce possible collaborations and stimulate innovative partnerships.
You will live an international environment having relationships with different cultures.

Qualifications:

Education:
Thesis student or newly graduated student in Management Engineering, Economics or similar backgrounds; "Business Strategy" and "Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management"

Experience and Know How:
Academic knowledge. Passion for project and business management, and communication will be a plus;

Personality:
Goal-orientation, team working, proactivity, problem solving and analytical ability, willingness to take responsibilities;

Language skills:
Fluent English, Chinese will be a plus;

Interests:
Desire to growth within a complex manufacturing organization open to an international environment
