    GENERAL FUNCTION

    The Senior Financial Analyst develops departmental budgets and variance analyses, prepares forecast and profitability analyses, compiles and analyzes financial ratios by store and geography, prepares and analyzes monthly financial data, and assists in overall controlling activities.

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develops, maintains, documents, and improves upon financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes with an emphasis on direct selling expenses.

    Identifies opportunities to automate, streamline and improve reporting and budgeting procedures, and follows those opportunities through implementation.
    Supports month-end closing process and controlling procedures by identifying and preparing adjusting journal entries and accruals for accounting.
    Coordinates information gathering with cross-functional teams for financial reports, analyses, and presentations to aid in the decision-making process.
    Manages Travel & Entertainment budgets and dashboards; identifies cost saving opportunities.
    Analyzes special projects to determine financial impact on the business.
    Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    Runs queries and prepares reports using Company's financial package to collect information for financial planning.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


    Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
    3+ years' work experience preferably in Commercial Analysis
    PC proficient, especially with Excel
    Demonstrated experience and proficiency in the financial analysis discipline
    Solid tactical management skills
    Business acumen
    Organizational savvy
    Demonstrated ability to build the business through improved analysis, trending and reporting
    Sound business judgment and strong attention to detail
    Demonstrated team-builder, with the ability to work collaboratively with other individuals and disciplines
    Innovative style with a "roll-up-the-sleeves" attitude

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



    MBA

    CPA
    5+ years' work experience preferably in Commercial Analysis
    Knowledge of SAP and/or Essbase
    Knowledge of Business Objects and/or Tableau
    Experience in a multi-national company.

    Pay Range: 76, ,296.40

    Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.

    In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
