For more information, visit You will lead the Legal and Compliance function for the Italian market our legal entities in Rome and Bologna, and support the rest of the Legal team on international matters, in a fast-growing, young and exciting environment.

Areas of responsibility:

take ownership of legal, compliance and corporate governance matters relating to the three Italian entities within DocPlanner Group; manage and advise on the release of product features or new business lines from a legal|regulatory perspective ensure compliance with applicable laws; ensure compliance of the Italian entities with data privacy laws and regulations; negotiate and manage commercial legal work contracts for clients, suppliers, partners, website terms and conditions, etc.; support the business on the negotiations of legal aspects of M&A processes, strategic partnership, key commercial agreements and other corporate and business development initiatives; act as legal Company to various departments; build strong relationships across the organisation; manage outside counsel; partner with HR on day-to-day employee-related matters requiring legal support in Italy, including in relation to senior management; manage any litigation and regulatory complaints processes affecting the Italian entities; manage and foresee business risks and opportunities by regularly reviewing changes in the regulatory|legal environment; support the rest of the DocPlanner Group\'s Legal team, and senior management, in the legal.

Qualifications If you:
have exent communication and drafting skills, both in English and Italian knowledge of German, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish or Turkish a plus; have an Italian law degree qualifiedlawyer a plus; possess 5|10 years of experience indicative only as a business lawyer|legal counsel, either in a law firm or in-house tech company experience a plus, having focussed on one or more of the following areas cross-border experience a plus:
