    4. SELECTION PROCEDURE
    The personnel search and selection procedure covered by this notice will be managed exclusively by PRAXI, a company specialized in the search and selection of personnel, and will take place through the phases described below:

    Phase 1: The applications received will be verified by Praxi and subjected to checks by the Fund to identify the profiles of interest and the candidates to be admitted to the subsequent phases of the selection;

    Phase 3: The Assessment Center activity will be structured as follows:
    1. Themes Presentation : in this test the candidates will have to "improvise" an argumentative presentation on a randomly chosen theme. This test aims to bring out creative thinking and communication skills.

    2. Role Play : it is a role play that involves identifying yourself in a situation and adopting a certain type of behavior. With free or assigned roles, it foresees the possibility that unexpected events may arise in the game which quickly and significantly modify the rules of the game. With this tool, attitudes or relational skills such as assertiveness can be highlighted. As well as the ability to analyze and judge, define and manage priorities, initiative and decision-making.

    3. Situational Interview : After these group activities, each participant will be asked to individually sit through an interview with the Assessor. Starting from the completed Personal Book Evidence, we will proceed with an interview activity in which the candidate is asked to reconstruct events experienced through a series of questions that encourage reflection on the exercise of certain skills in life episodes and is aimed at the evaluation of skills, aspects of overlap with the role and functions proposed, real motivations for change. PRAXI uses the BEI INTERVIEW (Behavioral Events Interview) which allows you to verify the possession of the skills being surveyed, through behavioral questions, i.e. focused on the behaviors implemented by the candidate in situations relating to his past. The EIB interview is conducted with the STAR approach:

    S ituation: situation in which the candidate experienced the ability under examination;

    T ask: definition of the objectives and tasks that the candidate had to achieve;

    A ction: analysis of the methods acted and the responsibilities assumed;

    R esult: results obtained.

    At the end of the Assessment Center, an individual selection report will be drawn up for each candidate met and a Final Ranking will be drawn up - with scores - for all the candidates evaluated.

    This ranking drawn up by Praxi will then be sent to the Fund for evaluation and to proceed with hiring.

    Candidates who, during the entire selection process, despite having declared their intention to participate, do not show up for the various phases of the process for which they were called will be considered to have withdrawn.

    5. COMMUNICATIONS
    All communications relating to this selection will be made exclusively by Praxi via its website or directly to the participants.
