    About the role:

    As part of the European Service Center, as a member of the Financial Reporting Italy team , the candidate supports routine accounting and monthly and quarterly reporting activities.

    In particular, the resource will:

    Perform analysis and reconciliation activities in compliance with company policies, relevant accounting standards (IFRS), Italian civil and tax regulations;

    Support in the preparation of reporting and information to external (Bank of Italy, Istat, Board of Statutory Auditors, Audit Firm, etc.) and internal control bodies;

    Participate with the manager in the preparation of Italian statutory financial statements.

    The Junior Accountant Reporting intern will be able to:

    Carry out activities and meet his/her deadlines autonomously;

    Understand the rationale of major reporting data;

    Understand the links between the different activities performed.

    Who are we looking for?

    The ideal candidate is a dynamic and intuitive person who works well in teams, familiar with IT tools, curious, comfortable in international environments, and goal-oriented.

    The essential skills we are looking for:

  • Economics or Management Engineering degree;
  • Good knowledge of Italian general accounting principles and IFRS;
  • Good knowledge of Excel;
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
  • Problem-solving capacity and proactive mindset;
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
