Team Overview and Job Responsibilities- M&A- Prioritize and maintain updated the M&A pipeline Support collaboratively with the rest of the Corporate Strategy team in performing financial analyses and developing business models for potential and on-going transactions Supports collaboratively with the rest of the Corporate Strategy team in transaction preparations such as due diligence, antitrust and integration planning Develop and prepare presentations to help the Chief Strategy Officer to advise the Group Executive Officers and Board of Directors regarding potential M&A opportunities Strategic Plan- Coordinate and develop the content for the strategic plan, working together with different businesses and regional leaders Market analysis- Market size: calculate and approximate the market size through internal analysis and external data Competitor analysis: maintain updated both the internal and the external data on competitors used to track performances and calculate market share Customer analysis: maintain updated the internal data on customers used to track performances and calculate share of wallets Market intelligence: manage renewals and new subscriptions to intelligence reports and other available resources for market data under the budget of the Strategy and Corporate Development team Country Meetings updates- Working together with the Operation team, provide strategic updates summarizing main risks and follow-up actions came out during the monthly financial and operational planning meeting of the Regions / BUs Administration / Accounting- Oversee Strategy and Corporate Development budget and expenses and ensure alignment with the Controlling department Oversee and coordinate the Accounts Payable processes from order to payment Prepare month-end cost center accruals and prepaid expenses in cooperation with Accounting departmentWho are we looking for?- Professional experience in M&A/Investment Banking in Tier I international institutions or boutiques- Master's degree in Economics, Engineering or Maths/Physics- Excellent communication and presentation skills demonstrating gravitas and impact vis-à-vis internal business leaders, and external counterparts- High numeracy skills, proficiency modeling, as well as core M&A matters (e.g., company valuation methods, accounting, legal, tax, contracts / SPA)- Flexible in producing his and presentation works (when needed) and train more junior colleagues as needed - XLS modelling- Core M&A matters: e.g.

, company valuation methods, contracts / SPA- Fluent in English both written and oral- Hands on attitude- Team working skills- Availability to travel
