Description and Requirements:

The Global Energy and Commodity Management Business Line is looking for dynamic, motivated and determined people to insert in the structure of Global Market Analysis for Strategic Development

What you will do:

- define integrated fundamental models and all analyses through industrial simulations for the
elaboration of long term power and ancillary services scenarios and long-term risk measurement
- define, implement and elaborate the Capacity Strategy analyses to support the long-term strategy definition of the Group
- lead the definition of long term scenarios and analyses to elaborate future margins and direct the investment valuation process following all Business Initiatives, both industrial (Generation/Storage assets) and Commercial (PPAs), up to Group Investment Committees
- contribute to the Study and Analysis of new generation technologies and new business models to highlight risks and opportunities for Enel
- elaborate and manage the Business Plan, Investment Valuation and Capacity Strategy processes for USA and for all the Countries where a local coverage unit is not present

Who you are:

A Master graduate or higher in Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics, with:

Good Knowledge of electricity and commodity markets and their main fundamental drivers
Knowledge of power generation technologies and their roles within different markets (Energy and Ancillary Services)
Good knowledge of economic and financial valuation techniques
Very good knowledge of Office tools (Access, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
The knowledge of probability and stochastic processes is considered as a plus
Knowledge of one or more programming languages (Matlab, C/C++, VBA, Phyton, R, etc.) is considered as a plus
Knowledge of new technologies/business like batteries or demand side response in considered as a plus
Very good knowledge of English
Spanish is considered a plus
